Nainoa Calvo is a spearfisher and Gyotaku artist based in Hilo, Hawaii. He has a deep connection to the waters that surround these islands, and uses that to fuel and inspire his art. His passion for spearfishing is directly tied to his motivation to create these amazing prints. He may be new to the art form, but his talent is immediately evident!
